Skype telbox on linux

on fedora 17

working on fedora 17 kde 32-bit

 compiled usbb2k_api
 used pre-compiled rpm kb2kskype for fedora 10
 had to run usbb2k_api with the -f flag
 example:
  /bin/usbb2k_api -f &
 then ran kb2kskype
 also, left pulse audio running and configured the usb voip device to be the default communications device in phonon.

If I didn't run the api program with -f, then the usb light on the yealink voip device would not light up and it wouldn't work.

Problem: Dial tone working but phone is not dialing the skype application

Solution: restarted /usr/bin/kb2kskype
