webapp-config to update the site to the new version of drupal.

Flags: -U update, -h host -d directory

EXAMPLE:

webapp-config -U -h example.com -d example.com/ drupal 7.9

- update the config files

  EXAMPLE: CONFIG_PROTECT="/var/www/example.com/htdocs/sites/default" etc-update
